1. Platform and contracting parties

The platform connects customers with moving, cleaning, transport, disposal and storage companies. Sumexia provides the technical contact service and may also participate as a bidding company.

The contract for the actual service is concluded between the customer and the commissioned company. If Sumexia is commissioned directly, the separate service terms also apply.

2. Accounts and information

Users must provide accurate, complete and current information, protect credentials and report unauthorised use immediately. Abusive duplicate accounts are not permitted.

The platform is intended for persons with legal capacity and companies represented with valid authority.

3. Publishing jobs

A job submitted through video, text, photos or the detailed form is published automatically only after the supplied email address has been confirmed. Public views do not show direct contact details or full addresses.

Customers confirm that descriptions, dates, locations and media are accurate and do not infringe third-party rights. Illegal, misleading, duplicate or already-awarded jobs are prohibited.

4. Company verification

Companies must submit the requested business details and evidence. Sumexia may review documents, request additions and approve, reject, suspend or withdraw a status.

Verification confirms only the formal review performed at that time. It is not a guarantee of quality, solvency, availability or service outcome.

5. Credits and unlocking

Companies can purchase credits using the available payment methods. The credit price and scope displayed before payment apply. Credits are internal platform usage units, not bank deposits, and are generally not redeemable for cash.

A verified company can unlock a job at the displayed cost. The unlock debits its credit account and grants access to the designated contact and job data.

During an expressly displayed launch promotion, the unlock price may temporarily be zero credits. The five-company limit and all access and audit rules continue unchanged.

6. Five-company limit

Only the first five verified companies to complete a successful unlock may receive access. Sumexia may be one of them. Concurrent purchases are processed transactionally; no further unlocks are permitted once the limit is reached.

7. Complaints and credit refunds

A company may report an unlocked job as allegedly false, duplicated, incomplete, unreachable or already awarded. The reason and available evidence must be submitted within the stated period.

Sumexia reviews each case and may credit all or part of the amount back to the platform account or reject the complaint with reasons. A credit is not an automatic cash refund and creates no entitlement in other cases.

8. Communication and performance

After unlocking, the parties may use only the contact method chosen by the customer: platform chat, telephone or both. Price, dates, insurance, permits and scope must be agreed directly between customer and company.

Sumexia does not guarantee that a job is awarded, that a company submits a quote or that a contract is concluded.

9. Media and licences

Uploaders must be entitled to use submitted text, photos, videos and documents. They grant Sumexia the non-exclusive rights necessary to store and technically process them, publish the anonymised job and release media to authorised companies.

10. Prohibited use

Prohibited conduct includes fraud, circumvention of security or payment systems, data scraping, spam, unlawful content, malware, impersonation, harassment and disclosure of unlocked contact data to unauthorised third parties.

Where misuse is suspected, Sumexia may block content, preserve evidence, restrict accounts and make reports required by law.

11. Availability and liability

Sumexia seeks to operate securely and reliably but does not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security measures and events beyond reasonable control may temporarily limit functions.

To the extent permitted by law, Sumexia is not liable for services or breaches by independent companies or users. Liability for Sumexia’s own intentional or grossly negligent conduct and mandatory statutory liability remain unaffected.

12. Suspension and termination

Users may close their account after outstanding matters are settled. Sumexia may temporarily suspend or terminate accounts for breaches, security risks, unpaid amounts or legal requirements. Statutory retention duties remain unaffected.

13. Changes and law

Material changes are communicated in an appropriate manner. The current published version applies to new transactions.

Swiss law applies. Mandatory venues, particularly for consumers, remain reserved; otherwise venue follows the correctly configured registered office of the operator.
